Products, prices and taxes
Prices are expressed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. Prices, promotions and stock availability may change without prior notice and are subject to confirmation. We strive to keep information and images up to date; in the event of an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the order and fully refund the amount paid.
Orders and confirmation
Your order constitutes a purchase offer that becomes binding once we verify the payment and availability of the product. If an item is not available, we will contact you to restock it, exchange it, or issue a refund.
Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards through certified payment gateways: Mercado Pago, Flow and Webpay (Transbank). All transactions are processed in a secure environment with an encrypted (SSL) connection; Rodamientos Smilovic Limitada does not store your card details.
Tax documents
We issue an electronic receipt (boleta) or invoice (factura) based on the details entered at checkout. For an invoice, provide your RUT, business name and business activity at the time of purchase.
Shipping, exchanges and returns
Shipments are governed by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges, returns and warranties by our Exchange and Return Policy.
Warranty
Our products are original, with manufacturer's warranty, in addition to the legal warranty established in Law No. 19,496.
Use of the site and intellectual property
You agree to use the site lawfully and to provide truthful information. Trademarks, logos, images and content belong to their respective owners and to Rodamientos Smilovic Limitada; their reproduction without authorization is not permitted.
Data protection
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with Law No. 19,628.
Legislation and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile, in particular Law No. 19,496 on Consumer Rights Protection. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Chile.
