Do you ship throughout Chile?
Yes. We ship to all regions of Chile through couriers such as Starken and Chilexpress. You can also pick up your order for free at our Coquimbo branch.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, weight and dimensions of your order, and you see it before paying. In-store pickup at our Coquimbo branch is free. More details in the Shipping Policy.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. We offer international shipping through DHL. Write to us before purchasing so we can quote your destination and delivery times.
How long does my order take to arrive?
Orders paid before 1:00 PM on business days are normally shipped the same day or the next business day. Transit usually takes between 1 and 5 business days depending on the region and the courier.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards through certified payment gateways: Mercado Pago, Flow and Webpay (Transbank). All transactions are processed in a secure environment with an encrypted connection.
Do you issue receipts and invoices?
Yes, we issue electronic receipts and invoices. If you need an invoice, enter your company's details (RUT, business name and line of business) at the time of purchase.
Can I exchange or return a product?
Yes. You have 15 calendar days from receipt to request an exchange or return, with the product unused and in its original packaging. Review the conditions in Exchanges and Returns.
Do the products have a warranty?
Yes. All our products are original from the brands we represent and come with the manufacturer's warranty, in addition to the legal warranty established in the Consumer Protection Law.
What bearing brands do you carry?
We are an authorized Timken distributor (as well as FSQ, BGL, NAK and SOG) and we carry the world's leading brands: NSK, FAG, SKF, NTN, Koyo and more.
How do I find the bearing I need?
Search by code or SKU in the search bar, browse by categories, or write to us via WhatsApp and our technical team will help you identify the exact part.
Can I pick up my purchase in store?
Yes. We offer free pickup at our Coquimbo branch (Nva. Cinco #1231, Barrio Industrial), Monday to Friday from 8:30 to 13:00 and from 15:00 to 17:30. We will notify you when your order is ready.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
It is not required: you can buy as a guest. Creating an account lets you view the history and status of your orders, and speed up future purchases.
